Kansas City, MO - The Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation reported that at its recent event, the Kansas City Mission of Mercy (KMOM), an annual charitable event, Certol International donated many dental sterilization products. The event was a total success. No cost care was provided to 1424 patients in need of dental care.
Certol International, a responsible leader in the Dental and Medical infection control industries is committed to assisting the needs of the underprivileged when it can. "I just wish we could do more," said Ed Cassinis, Certol President. It's just the right thing to do."
The ninth Kansas Mission of Mercy (KMOM) dental clinic took place on April 16 and 17, 2010 in Independence, KS. During the Friday and Saturday clinic, more than one-hundred dentists and ninety-two dental hygienists provided patients with free dental care valued at $965,407.
"The success of KMOM depends heavily on support from all of our contributing partners. The infection control products donated by Certol ensure the safety of both our patients and ourvolunteers," said Greg Hill, Executive Director of The Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation. "These types of donations allow us to touch more lives and do so in a safe manner."
