Habilitat has long been recognized as one of the nation’s foremost residential substance-abuse treatment programs. With meager resources, Mr. Marino founded Habilitat on January 27, 1971, starting with only eight people housed in a small home in Kailua, Hawai`i. Mr. Marino was determined to pursue his uncompromising commitment to address the growing epidemic of individuals with substance abuse problems and other anti-social behaviors.
Certol’s products have been useful to boost productivity, and reduce waiting time for customers utilizing the Habilitat car wash services. “I would like to thank you personally, on behalf of all of the residents here, for helping us once again to achieve our goal of working hard, smart and efficient, creating a superior finished product for our valued supporters,” says Mr. Mason.

If November 25th is “Black Friday” and November 28th is “Cyber Monday”, then what does that make the Saturday in between? It’s called “Small Business Saturday”, and it is the second annual shopping day where consumer’s pledge to support small and local businesses.
Supporting small businesses, whether in person, or online, allows independently owned small business to create jobs, help stimulate the economy, and puts much needed money back into communities across the country.
Last year, "Small Business Saturday helped create broad awareness of the importance of supporting the independent small businesses that are so vital to our communities," said Kenneth Chenault, chairman and chief executive officer of American Express. It hopes to accomplish more awareness and revenue for small entities this year with its second annual event.
